Refund & cancellation

We would rather you attend than pay for something you cannot use. The rules are short.

If you cancel

• On or before 21 October 2026: full refund, no reason needed.
• 22 to 23 October 2026: 50% refund, because the seat can no longer be resold in time.
• From 24 October 2026: no refund — the workshop has begun and the materials have been sent. You keep the recording and all materials.

If we cancel or postpone

If we cancel, you get a full refund within seven working days. If we move the dates, you can take the new dates or ask for a full refund.

If you miss a session

Both days are recorded and reach you within 24 hours, so a missed session is not by itself grounds for a refund.

How to ask

Email hello@firstauthor.in from the address you registered with, with your payment reference. We confirm within two working days.

How the money comes back

Refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take five to seven working days after we approve it. Any gateway fee already deducted is not recoverable and is borne by us, not you.
